"Policy changed, then got canceled"
I made a change to my policy thinking it would be a simple update, but then it ended up getting canceled. This is where it got annoying, I couldn’t get a clear answer on what happened or what I was supposed to do next. The whole thing felt way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Payments are fine, but the billing can be confusing"
Making payments has been okay overall, but the bills aren’t always easy to understand. My sister looked at one with me and we both had a hard time figuring out what some of the charges were for. It would be helpful if the billing details were laid out more clearly

I called twice about the same issue, and both times I just kept getting passed from one person to another... Nobody seemed to know what was going on?? It took forever, and after all that, I still didn't get a real answer!!! Super frustrating.

I’ve tried using both the app and the website, and it’s just been a headache. The app keeps freezing, the website is confusing to navigate, and I keep getting asked to verify myself over and over like I haven’t already done it. It makes the whole thing way more annoying than it needs to be.

"Claim was smooth overall"
It took a little longer than I expected, but the process wasn’t too bad and they did end up paying the claim. So yeah, it worked out
